The Little Mirror ProjectMusic education is important to building childrens' self-awareness, critical thinking, and creativity. Only through art can we change the way people think and feel. Through providing free private lessons, free interdisciplinary workshops, and a summer chamber music festival, we want to provide high-quality music education taught by trained teaching artists and continue to motivate our students to pursue a life of kindness and empathy.

"Research shows that at-least some musical education has a positive impact on social and cognitive development of children. And these effects are long lasting – better hearing, better motor skills, improved memory, better verbal and literacy skills."
– Alan Harvey, Musician and Neuroscientist
